Where to Buy Our Products:

For Professionals and Resellers:

• If you are a healthcare, wellness, or salon professional, please call WR Medical Electronics Co. at 800-321-6387 before placing your order. We will direct you to a professionals-only dealer.
• If you are a dealer or reseller, please call to place your order.

International Customers:

• We are able to sell only to US and Canadian residents. All other customers must order from their local dealers. Please call ( 651-430-1200 ), fax ( 651-439-9733 ), or e-mail our international customer service ( ) for more information.
• Canadian customers, please note: At our option, your order may be filled by our Canadian partner, and billing may be done in Canadian dollars.

Shipping and Handling:

• Charges (in US dollars) are based on the weight (in pounds) of the items ordered via UPS calculated based on weight of product and location shipped to..
• Unless specifically requested otherwise, all shipments to US addresses are sent via UPS. If you want a different shipping method, please contact us.
• We normally ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Please allow 10 days for shipping via UPS, and at least 14 days for shipping via the post office (for U.S. destinations, excluding AK and HI).
• Canadian customers, please note: At our option, your order may be filled by our Canadian partner, and billing may be done in Canadian dollars. If your order is shipped from the US, all shipments to Canada are sent via parcel post (post office).

Minimum Order Amount:

• Our store has a $9.95 minimum order policy (not including shipping and handling). We appreciate your understanding!

Sales Tax:

• Charged for orders sold to Minnesota, South Carolina and Indiana residents only.

Street Address Required:

• We normally ship by UPS, which requires a valid street address. No PO boxes, please.

• Please call toll-free 800-321-6387 (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm) for expedited shipping rates and information. Because charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination, we will need to know the ship-to zip code.

Returns and Exchanges:

• We ask for a 20% restocking fee for returned goods or exchanges (not due to manufacturing defects or issues covered by the warranty).
• Refunds are allowed for goods and taxes only.
• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase (for example, ScentFree instead of Wintergreen paraffin).
• No refunds for returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days of purchase.
• Only unopened, "like-new" products will be accepted for returns or exchanges.
• Returns and exchanges accepted only for products purchased directly from WR Medical. Proof of purchase must accompany return or exchange.
