Spa Mist™ Maintenance and Tips

  • Tap or "drinking" water works best in your SpaMist for operation. If your water contains a lot of minerals, add one tablespoon of lemon juice every 2 weeks. This will release any deposits that may have formed on the vibration disk.
  • Your diffuser should not be filled to the top with water - just to the red fill line. If your fill line becomes worse or less visible, 3/4 - 1 cup of water will fill the basin to where the fill line was.
  • When using essential oils, 2-3 drops of essential oils is all that is required. If you use oils in your diffuser be sure to rinse with very hot water every 3 days to avoid buildup.
  • Run time is 4-5 hours - simply add water and oils to keep the unit running.
  • The lights on the unit will flicker when the water level runs low, indicating that it is time to refill the unit. If left without being refreshed, the unit will simply shut itself off.

Here is a step-by-step process to get your mister up and running should you see a decline in the mist:

  1. Rinse out the inside of the mister 3 times with hot water
  2. Make sure the switch on the bottom of the unit is in the "ON" position
  3. Fill one quarter (1/4) inch below the red fill line with tap water (or 3/4 - 1 cup of water)
  4. Plug in the adaptor to the Spa Mist Base

Still no mist? Repeat the above process. If you still have problems, contact Pearlessence Customer Service or 216-464-3300 and be sure to have your receipt for proof of purchase date.

90 Days Limited Warranty (valid in USA only)

PEARLESSENCE ltd. guarantees this product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days form the date of original purchase, except as noted below. This PEARLESSENCE product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of PEARLESSENCE. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA.

PEARLESSENCE shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of 90 days from the original purchase date.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from state to state.
